Runs way too big in the sleeves

"My daughter is almost a year and I ordered the 6-12 month size based on the weight range on the sizzling chart. She's definitely on the petite side for her age but on the larger end of the size but for the 6-12 month range. Totally my own fault I didn't put her in in till the day of the wedding we were going to and the sleeves don't come anywhere near staying on her arms. They just flop around and I can't get the dress to fit right. It fit around her body fine but she would need to be much longer for the sleeves to stay on her shoulders? So disappointed as the dress and material is beautiful but I don't see how this would fit any baby correctly."
