If you need to return or exchange items purchased from a third party retailer, please reach out to the retailer directly for assistance.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please visit Angeldear.com/returns within 30 days of receipt. 
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be returned in new, unworn/unwashed condition, with all original packaging and the Angel Dear hang tag attached.
    • Items must be free from odors such as perfume, smoke, or pet hair.
    • Original shipping fees are not refundable.
    • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Once your return/exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. A $5 fee for the label will be deducted from your total refund or added to your exchange.
  • Defective Items: If an item is defective, please contact support@angeldear.com within 3 days.
  • Final Sale Items: All international orders, purchases made during Black Friday week, and any items discounted by more than 25% are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Processing Time:
    • Returns are processed promptly, and you should receive your exchange within 14 days.

 

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure a prompt and efficient refund process. Typically, refunds are issued within one week from the date your package is received. Please be aware that:

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us.
  • Your bank may require an additional 5–10 business days to complete the refund transaction.

 

Order Status and Tracking

  • Order Confirmation:
    • An email confirmation is sent when your order is shipped, including tracking information and instructions on how to track your order online.
    • You can always view your order history at https://angeldear.com/account.
  • Order Processing and Shipping Times:
    • Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours
    • Expedited orders still require 24–48 hours for processing.
    • Please note, orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
    • For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
    • If you're ordering from outside the U.S., delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping and Order Processing Holidays

Orders will not be processed on the following major holidays and company closures:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve (December 24)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Loyalty Program

  • Loyalty Points:
    • Loyalty points are earned on full-priced purchases only.
    • Points can be redeemed on both full-priced and sale items during checkout.
    • Angel Dear reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, change, modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, including any terms, rules, features, benefits, rewards, conditions of participation, or any other aspect of the Program, at any time, with or without advance notice, even though changes may affect the rewards already accumulated.
    • Angel Dear may make changes to any element of the Program to correct for typographical, printing or other errors and you waive any rights relating to same. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revisions. At all times, Participants are solely responsible for remaining knowledgeable about and in compliance with these Terms.
    • Angel Dear reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s Program membership, and void any offers, if, in Angel Dear sole discretion, the Participant appears to have violated any of the Terms or any applicable law, or receives or uses offers via deception, forgery, fraud, or commit any other abuse of the Program
