Order Status and Tracking
- Order Confirmation:
- An email confirmation is sent when your order is shipped, including tracking information and instructions on how to track your order online.
- You can always view your order history at https://angeldear.com/account.
- Order Processing and Shipping Times:
- Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours
- Expedited orders still require 24–48 hours for processing.
- Please note, orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
- If you're ordering from outside the U.S., delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
Shipping and Order Processing Holidays
Orders will not be processed on the following major holidays and company closures:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
